La Winstub Arnold est une ancienne cave à vins aménagée en restaurant, sur la Route des vins.

In tribute to its origins, a wine press has been preserved in the dining room, beside which you can enjoy homemade foie gras, traditional Baeckeoffe, royal choucroute, and tarte flambée. Fish dishes are also given pride of place. Regional-inspired cuisine, showcasing seasonal ingredients, delights guests throughout the year.

Our Chef and his team carefully select local suppliers who provide us with their finest produce. Sylvain CHRISTEN from Stotzheim brings us his best asparagus and selects the most flavorful tomatoes, strawberries, and blueberries.

The KOERCKEL family from Boersch raises the coquelets prepared by our Chefs with Riesling FRUEHMESS from our own vineyard. René WEBER from Krautergersheim supplies his delightfully crisp “Fil d’Or” sauerkraut, while Gérard PFLEGER from the same village spoils us with superb Marabel potatoes, onions, and shallots.

As for Valéry Mathis, our butcher from Epfig, he selects the finest cuts of meat from local livestock.

Our restaurant is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Dogs are welcome in the Winstub and on our terrace.

Weather permitting, enjoy our terrace overlooking the vineyard.
